Dawn Yuen

Dawn Yuen has extensive experience in administrative and executive support roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at WJS Canada since January 2017. Prior to this position, Dawn worked as a CSR L2 at Vixxo from August 2015 to January 2017, where responsibilities included data entry, customer service, and conflict resolution. Dawn's career began at WJS Canada in June 2006, where roles included Admin, focused on drafting and managing various documents, and Training Coordinator, responsible for training needs assessments and program coordination. Dawn holds a degree in Chemical Dependency Technician from Boise State University and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Treasure Valley Community College.
