Monica Dyar, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and sanitation, having worked at West Liberty Foods since March 2006, where current roles include Human Resources Shared Services Manager and previous role as Human Resource Supervisor. Prior to this, Monica Dyar held positions as Sanitation Supervisor and Quality Assurance Supervisor at Tyson Foods/Iowa Ham from March 1995 to March 2006. Monica Dyar is HACCP certified since 1998, became a HACCP auditor in 2004, and was recertified in 2007. Educational qualifications include attendance at Illinois Wesleyan University from 1990 to 1993.
