Ryan B. Peterson

Ryan B. Peterson has extensive experience in the real estate, mortgage, and title insurance industry. Ryan B. currently serves as the President of Grid151, an affiliated company that powers and connects the industry, providing technology, data, and fulfillment services. From 2015 to 2021, Ryan held various roles at Westcor Land Title Insurance Company and its subsidiary, Westcor Specialty, including Executive Vice President and President. Prior to that, they were the President and CEO of Avenue 365 Lender Services and held leadership positions at Clear Title, LLC d/b/a Smartertitle.com and Smartertitle.com. Ryan also has experience as the Vice President of Access National Settlement Services and started their career as a Litigation Legal Assistant at Pepper Hamilton LLP.

Ryan B. Peterson attended Hartford High School from 1991 to 1995. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Pre-Law at Swarthmore College from 1995 to 2000. In addition to their educational background, Ryan also holds a certification as a Licensed Title Insurance Producer in 33 states.
