Clara Cerdán Molina is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Directora General de Asesoria Juridica at Solarig since March 2023, Clara co-founded WLW | Women in a Legal World in January 2018, where Clara holds the position of Vice-President. Prior to this, Clara was General Counsel and Secretary of the Board at Ferroglobe PLC, managing significant legal and M&A matters during a strategic merger that established a global leader in the ferroalloys sector. Clara's previous roles include leadership in various international legal departments at Sacyr, where notable projects encompassed the expansion of the Panama Canal and negotiations involving multiple countries. Clara’s early career involved key positions at law firms such as Garrigues and Davies Arnold Cooper LLP, along with experience in investment banking at Lloyds Bank. Clara’s educational background includes prestigious programs at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School, complemented by a Law Degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and European Business School, respectively.
