Esther Pérez García

Esther Pérez García is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions, currently serving as Directora and Abogada Manager at CECA MAGÁN ABOGADOS since July 2013. Esther specializes in advising on company sales, fundraising, and legal due diligence, along with corporate governance and contractual matters.
