Lena Jenkins

Lena Jenkins currently serves as the Chief Digital Officer at Waste Management NZ Ltd since May 2023. Previously, Lena acted as Board Chair and Board Trustee for Gecko NZ Trust, a nonprofit focused on fostering sustainable environments. Significant experience includes serving as GM of Data Transformation at Merkle Aotearoa, where Lena established a new data and analytics business unit, and leading Data Powered Marketing at Qrious Limited, enhancing customer engagement through marketing technology. Additional roles at Spark New Zealand and Vodafone New Zealand focused on digital strategy, customer transformation, and business deployment. Lena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Auckland and a NZIM Diploma in Management from Open Polytechnic of New Zealand.
