Caiti Donovan

Caiti Donovan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth strategy, data-driven marketing, and business development, particularly within the sports sector. Currently serving as the Growth Strategy Lead at the WNBA since January 2023, Caiti focuses on data monetization, consumer insights, and partnerships. Previously, Caiti founded and led 1454 & Lex Consulting, specializing in growth strategies for sports, media, and entertainment organizations, with an emphasis on women's sports. Caiti's expertise encompasses data infrastructure, fan behavior analysis, and strategic marketing gained through roles at Sports Innovation Lab and other organizations. Educationally, Caiti holds a BA in Public Relations from the University of Southern California and a certification in Data Science from Columbia University.
