Andrew Grantz

Andrew Grantz is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive management experience in various roles. Currently serving as the General Manager at WNDR Museum since September 2022, Andrew previously held the position of Director of Operations at BLACK SWAN HOSPITALITY LLC from October 2020 to September 2022. Prior roles include Regional Manager and General Manager at Puesto, where Andrew successfully developed management teams from internal hires and led the opening of the company’s first expansion, earning recognition as the Best New Restaurant in Orange County by OC Weekly. Additionally, Andrew served as General Manager at The Wine Kitchen, where innovative sales strategies were implemented, and as Market Bar Manager at P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc., overseeing multiple locations and developing skills through various managerial roles.
