Precious Ile, MA, PMP, CEC, CP3, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and consulting for social and public sector leaders. As Co-Founder and Principal of Impact Plus Consulting, Precious specializes in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement across multiple sectors, including higher education, health, and technology. Active in various leadership roles, Precious serves as the Board President of IAP2 Canada and contributes to organizations such as the Tamarack Institute for Community Engagement and WNORTH. Precious also holds academic appointments as an adjunct professor at the Justice Institute of British Columbia and acts as a dialogue associate with SFU's Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue.
