Gauri Puri

Gauri Puri is the Business Unit Head of Life Sciences & Healthcare Administration at WNS Global Services. Gauri has over five years of experience in Service Delivery Coordination, managing client relationships with various business units.

Puri has a strong background in account administration, managing ticket assignment support teams, and conducting regular staff meetings to discuss projects, on-going issues, client concerns, and to motivate and energize staff. Gauri is also experienced in tracking hours billed to account and staff hours worked to determine and evaluate vendor and sub-contractor productivity.

Puri holds a degree in ITIL v3 from Foundation Level and is skilled in transition, testing and go-live of new projects to verify proper ticket-workflow and other services in place. Gauri also has experience in strategic planning with the ability to identify opportunities to better leverage technology, automation and to strengthen business alignment.
