Rodolfo Sikora

Rodolfo Sikora is a seasoned technical manager currently at Wobben Windpower, responsible for overseeing technical operations and leading the O&M and Technical Support teams since September 2016. Previously, Rodolfo served as OCC LATAM Manager, managing a control center monitoring approximately 2GW of wind energy. Other roles include CTO at Gocase®, where significant IT team reorganization and software engineering processes were initiated, and Project Manager at Prefeitura Municipal de Fortaleza, managing a team of 28 to oversee city software systems. Rodolfo has co-founded and contributed to several tech companies, including Alvanista and Gengibre.com.br, demonstrating expertise in system architecture and development throughout a diverse career. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's in Laws and a B.Tech. in Information Technology.
