Chiarella Bencan

Chiarella Bencan serves as the Chief Digital Officer at WOBI since June 2022, where responsibilities include structuring the e-learning business and developing strategic partnerships to enhance monetization. In addition to this role, Bencan is the Madrid Chapter Director for WOMEN IN TECH ® Global and a member of EJE&CON Asociación Española de Ejecutiv@s y Consejer@s, while also volunteering with Cruz Roja Española on a youth participation project. Previous experience includes leadership positions at SIDERPERU, Oracle, Alicorp, and LogFire, with notable achievements in digital transformation, sales management, and project implementation. Chiarella Bencan holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima and has completed multiple executive education programs at prestigious institutions, including the University of California, Berkeley, and Cambridge Judge Business School.
