Kevin Haughwout

Kevin Haughwout has a varied work experience that began in 2004 with Acme Plastics Inc. where they worked as a Design Engineer and later as a Design Manager. From 2009 to 2012, they served as an Independent Consultant developing digital campaigns and properties for clients. Kevin then became a Manager and later a Senior Manager of Product Development at Brother USA from 2012 to 2021. Their work included launching a new hardware product category, collaborating with industry experts, researching market opportunities, and creating go-to-market plans. From November 2021 to October 2022, they served as a Senior Manager at Miso Robotics in Product Development. Since October 2021, they have also been a Teaching Assistant at Section4, facilitating course discussion and leading case study workshops. Starting in May 2023, they will serve as a Senior Product Manager at Wodify.

Kevin Haughwout earned their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2002. Kevin then went on to obtain their Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 2004. In 2006, they enrolled in the NYU Stern School of Business and completed their MBA in General Management with specializations in Marketing and Strategy in 2009. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including Remote Pilot for Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (obtained in 2017), Engineer-in-Training (obtained in 2004), and several Agile-related certifications obtained in 2023.
