Madison Padden has worked in various roles and companies over the years. Madison started their career in 2015 as a Brand Representative at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. and worked there for two years. Madison then joined Best Buy in 2016 as a Sales Consultant, where they worked for two and a half years and consistently exceeded sales goals. In 2019, they started working at Apple as a Technical Specialist, responsible for client support and documentation. Madison later worked as an Operations Specialist, where they managed inventory and communication with multiple channels. Additionally, they served as a People Operations Planner, supporting hiring processes and benefits for over 90 employees. Madison's most recent work experience has been at Wodify, where they hold the position of Customer Success Agent, starting from June 2023.
Madison Padden obtained their High School Diploma from Battlefield High School in 2015. They went on to obtain additional certifications including Foundations of Cybersecurity and Technical Support Fundamentals from Coursera, and an Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification from Apple in 2019. The Foundations of Cybersecurity and Technical Support Fundamentals certifications were obtained in May 2023.
