Janet Rosenblatt

Janet Rosenblatt is currently the Tax Director at Wojeski & Company CPAs, P.C. Janet has been with the company since October 2011 and in their current role since January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Tax Manager at Wojeski & Company CPAs, P.C. from October 2011-January 2022. There, they consulted with respect to the tax structure of merger and acquisition transactions as well as business reorganizations. Janet also provided consulting, planning, and tax preparation services for multi-state entities and businesses entering the U.S. from overseas markets.

Before their time at Wojeski & Company CPAs, P.C., Janet Rosenblatt was a Tax Manager at Sheehan & Company from October 1999-October 2011. There, they specialized in tax preparation and planning for high net worth individuals, including multistate and complex tax return preparation for individuals, planning and tax preparation for U.S. citizens living and working overseas, and income tax preparation for non-resident alien individuals including treaty analysis. Additionally, they provided tax preparation and planning services for small businesses and mid-sized businesses with multi state and consolidated tax returns. Janet also consulted regarding tax structure for business set-up and reorganizations.

Janet Rosenblatt has a MS-Tax from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BS in Management from Rutgers University.

Their manager is Rick Jones, CEO. They work with Thomas Moore - Audit Supervisor, David Johnson - Principal, and Diane Fuglein - Principal.
