Geoff Thale

Geoff Thale has extensive experience in policy and advocacy focused on Latin America, currently serving as the Former President of the Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA) since September 2021, where Geoff previously held the position of Program Director. Prior to their tenure at WOLA, Geoff Thale was the Executive Director of the El Salvador Policy Project from 1988 to 1995 and worked as the East Coast Outreach Coordinator for the NEST Foundation from 1986 to 1988. Geoff Thale holds a Master of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Beacon College.
