With 100,000+ unique products available on Wolf & Badger and new personalisation tools being introduced alongside existing technologies in 2024, we have an exciting optimisation roadmap sketched out and are seeking a skilled and creative CRO expert to join our team and lead efforts in this area. As our in-house Conversion Rate Optimisation & Personalisation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance website conversion rate, with a focus on personalised content and user experience. This role requires a strong background in e-commerce, expertise in conversion optimisation tools such as Dynamic Yield or similar tools, and proficiency in analytics and front-end technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to enhance website conversion rate
  • Create and implement personalised content strategies aligning with the brand and user preferences
  • Manage relationships with conversion optimisation partners to align with company goals
  • Analyse website data and user behaviour to identify improvement areas and personalisation opportunities
  • Create and implement A/B testing plans, integrating personalised content to optimise landing pages, funnels, and user journeys
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, design, development, performance marketing and content) to implement CRO and personalisation recommendations
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics and conversion goals, focusing on the impact of personalisation efforts.
