Josh Lipschitz

Josh Lipschitz has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Josh started their career in 2006 as an Assistant Director at Cambridge Healthcare, LLC. In 2008, they joined Wolf-Gordon where they held multiple roles, including Organizational Development Specialist and Customer Service Manager. Josh was responsible for implementing performance management systems, streamlining operations processes, and managing projects such as Salesforce.com integration and website revitalization. In 2014, they became the Director of Operations at Wolf-Gordon and later in 2023, they were promoted to Vice President Operations. In the same year, they also became a Key Executive Member at Vistage, where they gained insights, strategies, and leadership skills.

Josh Lipschitz pursued their education in the field of psychology. Josh completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology at Lander College from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Josh obtained a certification in "The Science of Emotional Intelligence" from the Institute of Health and Human Performance, Inc. in October 2021.
