Jeff Pomerance

Jeff Pomerance is a seasoned attorney currently serving as a Partner in the Corporate Department at Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP since August 2022, with extensive experience representing and advising businesses, management, investors, and entrepreneurs throughout the business life cycle. Prior to this role, Jeff Pomerance was a Partner and Head of Transactional Practice at SulmeyerKupetz from September 2002 to July 2022, where responsibilities included guiding clients from start-up through sale and dissolution.
