Jessica Haase

Jessica Haase is the Director of Human Resources at Wolf River Community Bank. Jessica has over three years of experience in Human Resources, and has previously worked as the Human Resources Manager at Miller Electric Mfg. LLC.

Jessica is responsible for all aspects of HR from legal, change management, and strategic work. Jessica also supports Division goals by working directly with managers on items such as policy administration, employee relations, & training. Jessica is dedicated to advancing the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives in all phases of employment.

Jessica Haase has a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University-Wisconsin and a BA in Human Resources Management with a minor in Business Management. Jessica is certified by SHRM as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Their manager is Joe Peikert, President & CEO. They work with Dan Brunnquell - Director of IT, Brett Sand - VP - Retail Banking, and Miranda Schultz - VP - CFO.
