Xavier Delestrade

Xavier Delestrade has worked for a number of companies since 2009. Xavier began their career as a Nuclear Engineer at AREVA NP in 2009 and then moved on to EDF Energy in the same year, where they held the role of Technical Coordinator. In 2011, they joined JP Morgan as an Investment Banker and then moved to Syros Capital Management in 2012, where they were the Managing Partner. In 2017, they became the Chief Financial Officer at DogBuddy and most recently, in 2019, they founded Wolf Spring.

Xavier Delestrade obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Nuclear Engineering from INSTN - ParisTech between 2008 and 2009. Xavier also holds certifications in Investment: Financial Derivatives and Investment: Securities from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
