Krzysztof Libiszewski

Krzysztof Libiszewski is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Partner at Wolf Theiss since July 2023, Krzysztof previously held the position of Partner, Corporate and M&A at Wardynski & Partners for over two decades, from May 2001 to July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as In House Counsel at Warsaw Consulting Group from May 1999 to May 2001 and an internship at Baker & McKenzie in early 1998. Krzysztof holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Warsaw, completed in 1999, and graduated from Katolickie Liceum Ogolnokształcące im. Jana III Sobieskiego in 1994.
