Matthew Donovan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthew is currently the Co-Founder of SocketTime™, a software application that aims to improve automotive service department operations. Prior to this, they were the Fixed Operations Director at Wolfe Automotive Group, overseeing vehicle repairs and customer experience. Matthew also held the position of CXO and Medium Duty & Fixed Operations Director at Cable Dahmer Automotive Group, where they provided leadership and implemented process changes. Before that, they founded and served as CEO of Repair Network LLC, an internet start-up focused on improving technician communication. Matthew has also worked at Kia Motors America as a District Sales Manager and District Parts & Service Manager, achieving brand growth and customer satisfaction. Matthew has volunteered as an Executive Board Member for Derrick Johnson's Defend the Dream Foundation and has previous experience at Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. as a District Parts & Service Manager/Field Technical Representative and as a Quality Control/Production Engineering - Mechanical Engineer. Prior to their career in the automotive industry, Matthew worked at Donovan's Service, Inc., a family-owned and operated automotive repair business.
Matthew Donovan attended The University of Kansas from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. During their time at the university, they focused on graduate-level coursework in Internal Combustion Engine Design.
