Chadwick O'Connell

Chadwick O'Connell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee communications and marketing strategies. Currently serving as the Senior Digital Employee Communications Specialist at Wolfspeed, Chadwick has successfully managed the company intranet platform, resulting in a 41% increase in traffic, and has also led the design and implementation of new features. Previously, as Employee Experience Lead, Chadwick developed a new role focused on enhancing the employee lifecycle on a global scale. Before joining Wolfspeed, Chadwick held positions at Cree, where responsibilities included establishing recruiting marketing strategies and managing full cycle recruiting. Chadwick's early career included marketing roles with the Jimmy V Celebrity Golf and the Morehead City Marlins Baseball, along with internships that provided foundational knowledge in financial planning and sports communications. Chadwick holds two B.S. degrees in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Sport Management from North Carolina State University.
