Ildiko Gyorfi

Ildiko Gyorfi is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience in managing global payroll systems and leading payroll teams. Currently serving as Senior Payroll Lead for Global Payroll at Wolt since January 2023, Ildiko previously held multiple roles at MSCI Inc. from April 2018 to January 2023, including Payroll Team Lead and Senior Payroll Associate, where responsibilities encompassed vendor management for payroll in Switzerland, Germany, and Italy, as well as leading internal payroll projects and ensuring compliance during audits. Earlier experience includes serving as Germany Payroll Specialist at Citi, where I facilitated the migration of payroll processes and implemented best practices, and in various positions at IBM, culminating in Payroll Team Lead. Ildiko holds a Master's degree in Finance from Eötvös Loránd University and a degree in International Business, International Economics, and International Finance and Accounting from Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
