Lynsey Douglas-Lowe is an accomplished talent acquisition and diversity, equity, and inclusion leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as VP of Talent Acquisition and DEI at Wolt since May 2022, Lynsey oversees operations in over 25 countries and leads a team of 120+ professionals. Prior to Wolt, Lynsey held key positions such as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Zalando SE, EMEA Head of Campus & Military Talent Acquisition at Amazon, and EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition at PayPal, among others. With a solid foundation in university programs and high-volume recruitment, Lynsey has successfully built and managed teams dedicated to sourcing top talent and promoting diversity initiatives throughout their career. Lynsey earned a Master’s degree from The University of Edinburgh.
