Kristin Lelewicz started their work experience in 2001 as a Financial Planner/Sales Internship at Northwestern Mutual. In 2002, they joined Wolter as an Assistant Marketing Manager and then progressed to become a Market Research Analyst, Market Research Manager, and Marketing Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Wolter.
Kristin Lelewicz completed their Bachelor's degree in Business - Marketing with a specialization in Industrial Marketing at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include Learning Data Analytics from LinkedIn, obtained in April 2021, Lean Lead from MSOE Business Excellence Consortium in 2008, Dale Carnegie Certificate of Achievement from Dale Carnegie Training in 2007, Certified Associate in Materials Handling (CAMH) from MHMS Materials Handling & Management Society in 2005, and Lean Associate from MSOE Business Excellence Consortium in 2005.
