Ellen Connor

Ellen Connor is a seasoned professional in user experience and research, currently serving as Principal CX/UX Researcher at Wolters Kluwer since June 2024. Ellen has an extensive background that includes roles as Head of User Research at Workiva and Director of Product Design and Experience at Buildium, where leadership contributed to a significant acquisition. Previous experience includes senior UX management at MathWorks and principal research roles at Fidelity Investments, where Ellen managed usability testing and developed applications. Additional experience as a landlord demonstrates entrepreneurial skills managing multifamily properties. Ellen holds a Bachelor's Degree in English with Irish Studies from Boston College and a Master's Degree in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University.
