Kris Governski

Kris Governski, UXC, currently serves as Director of CX/UX Design for Corporate Performance & ESG at Wolters Kluwer, focusing on enhancing UX strategy and design team development. Previously, Kris was the Director of User Experience at Homecare Homebase, leading efforts to instill a UX-focused culture in Enterprise SaaS applications. Kris spent over 15 years at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US, progressing from Customer Service Support Specialist to Manager of User Experience, where responsibilities included driving UX strategy and optimizing workflows. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science in Management and Graphic Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology, a BS in System Development: Mobile from Capella University, and professional training in User Experience and Interaction Design from the Interaction Design Foundation.
