Michele Kumarroy

Michele Kumarroy is an experienced advocate for women and children, currently serving as a Sanctuary Board Member and Community Awareness Representative at Women Against Abuse, Inc. since November 2012. In addition, Michele has held the position of Executive Director at Crown and Seal International Ministries since September 2005, where the organization serves as a resource center dedicated to empowering individuals and families within the community. Previous experience includes roles as a Vocal Coach and V.I.P. Liaison at Walnut Street Theatre from August 2000 to August 2005, a Senior Case Manager at Germantown Settlement from August 1996 to June 2000, and a Traumatic Grief Counselor/Family Specialist at the Philadelphia Medical Examiner's Office from August 1990 to October 1995. Michele holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master of Divinity from Universal Life Church Monastery, along with a diploma from Rittenhouse Academy.
