Radhika Rangarajan

Radhika is a co-founder of Women in Big Data. A recognized community leader, Radhika’s passion is in strengthening Diversity and Inclusion in Tech. Radhika serves on the Executive committee and Board for the WiBD organization and works closely with several Silicon Valley Tech companies to raise awareness and move conversations to commitment for increasing Diversity in Tech.

Radhika currently serves as the Director of Cloud Foundations Solutions Engineering at VMware. Prior to VMware, Radhika was with Intel where she held multiple leadership roles. With 20+ years of technology background and industry experience, Radhika has led global, diverse teams to launch several open source Data Analytics projects, driven product adoption and delivered customer success on AI/ML, forged Cloud and Enterprise partnerships for platform enabling, solution engineering, integration and large scale deployments. Radhika holds a Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science and a Certificate of Business Excellence from U.C Berkeley Haas School of Business.
