Aijana Dollard

Aijana Dollard is a dedicated marketing student at the University of Delaware, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing since August 2023. Currently serving as the Director of Fundraising for the Blue Hen Marketing Club, Aijana actively participates in fundraising and community engagement initiatives, including support for UDance. In the role of Diversity Enrichment Leader, Aijana leads campus visits and develops outreach initiatives to promote inclusivity among underrepresented populations. Aijana is also a member of Women in Business, engaging in networking and professional development opportunities. Previous experience includes work as a Panera Bread associate, achieving high customer satisfaction, and leadership roles with Girls Inc. and Letters For Rose, demonstrating a commitment to mentorship and community connection.
