Ellen Voie has a diverse work experience in the transportation industry. In 1984, they started working as a Transportation Consultant, and in 2000, they became the Executive Director of TRUCKER BUDDY INTERNATIONAL INC. In 2006, they joined Schneider National as the Manager of Recruiting and Retention Programs. In 2007, they founded the Women In Trucking Association, where they currently hold the position of Founder and President/CEO. Ellen Voie's education history includes a Master of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, which they obtained between 1995 and 1999.
