Troy Miles II

Troy Miles II holds an MBA and is certified as a PMP® and ITILv4®. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at the U.S. Small Business Administration since April 2023, Troy has previously worked at the National Nuclear Security Administration as an Information Technology Project Manager from November 2019 to April 2023. Prior roles include various positions at the U.S. Department of Labor, such as Information Technology Specialist, Management Analyst, and Program Specialist from September 2011 to November 2019, as well as cofounding and serving as Vice President at Capitol Enterprise Business Group LLC from October 2013 to April 2015. Troy began a career as a Computer Support Analyst at MICROS Systems Inc for a brief period in 2011. Educationally, Troy attained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2011 and 2013, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Delaware State University from 2007 to 2011.
