Roselin Romney

Roselin Romney is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Houzz since May 2022. With a strong background in recruitment, Roselin has held leadership roles at companies including Two Chairs and Opendoor, where responsibilities included overseeing talent acquisition strategies aimed at simplifying the real estate process. Prior experience also includes significant positions at Yelp, where Roselin progressed from Senior Sales Recruiter to Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, and at ADP as a Sales Consultant. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business and Communications from Arizona State University. Currently, Roselin is also a member of Women We Admire since August 2024.
