Kenyetta Banks Mpa, Clc

Kenyetta Banks, MPA, CLC, has extensive experience in program management and youth development. Currently serving as Program Manager at The Women's Business Development Council since July 2007, Kenyetta is responsible for organizing and facilitating entrepreneurial programs in the Naugatuck Valley area. Previous roles include Program Manager at Project Return, Inc. and HEAL at U Flourish, where Kenyetta was a founder and certified coach. As Program Director at Solar Youth, Inc., supervision of a staff of nine in after-school programs took place, focusing on empowering urban youth. Additional positions include Director of Education and Youth Programs at CTE, Inc. and Director of Career Services at The Sawyer School. Kenyetta began a career at Bridgeport Hospital as a Care Coordinator and worked as a Family Support Worker at Family and Children's Agency. Kenyetta holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of New Haven, completed between 2002 and 2003.
