Bruno Berto

Bruno Berto, MBA, serves as the Organization and People Manager at WEOC/OEFC since October 2020, having previously held roles as Project Manager and Project Coordinator. Prior experience includes the position of Operations and International Documentation Specialist at Cidadania.it, where Bruno guided clients through the Italian citizenship application process. As Project Lead at Multicultural Communication Consulting, Bruno developed an Intercultural Program that significantly enhanced relations among Brazilian, Mozambican, and Malawian employees in Mozambique. Bruno's career also includes a marketing internship at Microsoft, contributing to retail platform development, experience as a Business Consultant Intern at Salini Impregilo, and roles as Project and Operations Coordinator and Quality and Operations Supervisor at Multicultural Communication Consulting and Medgrupo, respectively. Bruno holds an MBA in International Management from MIP Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's Degree in Publicity and Advertising from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo.
