Thomas Coggins has over 10 years experience in customer service and project management. Thomas is currently the head of customer service at WonderBill, a bill management platform. Prior to joining WonderBill, Thomas worked as a contractor with BCG Digital Ventures, building a customer service and product delivery team from scratch. Thomas was also part of an Agile team testing and building the venture's bill management platform. Before that, Thomas worked as a case adjudicator for the Financial Ombudsman Service, adjudicating complex financial complaints between consumers and large banks/financial institutions. Thomas also has experience as a project controller with Network Research, where they reported on and ensured projects across a wide range of market research jobs were completed on time and within budget.
Thomas Coggins attended Quantic School of Business and Technology, where they earned an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA). Their undergraduate degree is in Popular Music Performance from Solent University. Thomas also holds a certification from Brainfood Consulting as a Qualified Emotive Customer Experience (CX) Practitioner.
