Michele Ridolfo

Michele Ridolfo is the CEO and Co-founder of Wonderful Italy, leading the first Italian experience and hospitality network that supports local communities since March 2017. Prior to this role, Michele served as a mentor at Feat Food, an integrated food delivery company, and held various advisory and leadership positions, including Managing Director for a casual restaurant chain and SVP of Business Development at Condé Nast Italia. With extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and international sales, Michele has worked with notable organizations such as Peck Spa, Levi Strauss & Co., and The Boston Consulting Group, honing skills in market research, brand strategy, and operational restructuring. Michele holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università di Pisa.
