Julie H. has a wide range of work experience, starting in 2006. Julie began their career at the University of Kansas as an Oliver Hall Assistant Complex Director, Intern, Summer Assistant Complex Director, and Stouffer Place Assistant Complex Director. From 2008-2011, they worked as a Residence Hall Director and Collateral Assignment -- Dean of Students Office at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. In 2011, they moved to Bridgewater State University, where they worked as a Resident Director. In 2014, they attended the Startup Institute in Boston and focused on HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, and User Experience/User Interface Development. Later that year, they began working at Evergage as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Associate. In 2017, they worked as a Conversational Marketing Customer Success Manager at Drift and a Customer Success Manager at Datto, Inc. From 2019-2021, they worked at Klaviyo as a Senior Growth Success Manager and at Alyce as a Director and Manager of Customer Success Programs. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at Wonderment.
Julie H. holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Eastern Illinois University and a Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Higher Education Administration from The University of Kansas.
