Leslie Westendorf

Leslie Westendorf is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) strategy and design, currently serving as the Director of UX Strategy for the NIH All of Us Research Program. In this role, Leslie oversees the user experience strategies for the program, ensuring valuable interactions for all participants. Previously, Leslie held various leadership positions within the All of Us initiative, including Director of Participant Experience, Senior Product Design Strategist, and Senior Design Researcher, contributing to innovative approaches in health-related genetic results and qualitative research efforts. Prior experience includes consulting for Catabolic Design and EP+Co, focusing on patient monitoring systems and brand experiences. Leslie holds an MFA in Design Management from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a BFA in Interior Design from Miami University.
