Melanie Bique

Melanie Bique is an experienced collections professional currently serving as a Collections Manager and Collections Outsourcing Manager at Wonga since June 2013. In this role, Melanie manages external debt collection agencies within the South African market, overseeing their performance in line with established targets and addressing day-to-day queries and escalations. Prior to joining Wonga, Melanie worked as an EDC Collections Administrator at RCS from October 2005 to June 2013, providing administrative support to various EDCs. Melanie holds a Matric degree from Fairbairn College, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
