Adeline Heurtel has held a variety of roles in the education and customer experience fields. In 2020, they were appointed Head of Customer Experience and Customer Experience Lead at Wooclap, a web-based platform to boost audience engagement, knowledge retention and measure audience comprehension during courses and training sessions. From 2017 to 2020, they were Co-Founder and Director of Customer Success at Do It Abroad, an Edtech startup that seeks to democratize studies abroad for all students. In 2017, they were a Teacher Assistant in Labor Law and Corporate Law at Cnam Pays de la Loire. In 2016, they were an Assistante d'éducation at Lycée Nature. In 2012, they took a gap year to decide how they wanted to spend their academic experience.
Adeline Heurtel received their Bachelor's degree in Double licence DROIT - LEA, Mention from Nantes Université in 2017. Prior to that, they studied Japanese at the University of Sydney in 2012. Adeline also obtained their BAC ES in Economique et social from Lycée Beaumont Redon in 2012. Additionally, they received their C2i (Certificat Informatique et Internet) from Université de Nantes in February 2017, and obtained their Permis B in January 2012.
