Sarah Jaggers

Sarah Jaggers is an Executive Coach and Coaching Psychologist at Managing Change, a consultancy focused on leadership development, career advancement, parental leave coaching, outplacement, and well-being programs since August 2005. Sarah also serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Woodgreen Pets Charity since August 2020 and provides private leadership coaching through sarahjaggers.co.uk since February 2015. Previous leadership roles include Director at the International Society for Coaching Psychology from July 2017 to January 2020, Head of Business Services at NFC plc from 1996 to 1999, and Global Head of Transition Management Group at NatWest Markets from 1988 to 1996. Sarah holds an M.Sc. in Occupational Psychology from the University of Leicester and an MBA from Open University Business School.
