Julie also worked as a Principal Consultant at Vicinity Media LLC/Vici Media Inc, guiding business and media organizations to expand revenue opportunities. Julie has held positions of increasing responsibility at Journal Broadcast Group, Raycom Media, Meredith, Venture Technologies Group/Four Seasons Broadcasting, WGKI-WGKU-TV (Fox Affiliate), and WWTV-WWUP-TV (CBS Affiliate). Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Julie B. completed their Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Broadcasting & Cinematic Arts with a Music minor from Central Michigan University between 1977 and 1981. Julie then pursued MBA coursework at Baker College Center for Graduate Studies from 1996 to 1999, focusing on Business/Finance & Leadership Studies. In 2002 and 2003, Julie attended the National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation (NABEF) in Washington, DC, where they completed the Broadcast Leadership Training (BLT) Class of 2002/03.
