Jeff Stearns

Jeff leads Woodard & Curran's Water Infrastructure Practices, which consists of Municipal Wastewater, Drinking Water, and Recycled Water Practices. In this role, he coordinates between the technical, delivery, and sales functions to ensure the firm is meeting client needs. With a background in civil engineering and years of experience in a variety of management roles with the firm, Jeff focuses on creating high-performing teams through recruiting, training, and staff development.
