Bryan Gargis

Bryan Gargis has extensive work experience in the banking industry, starting as a Retail Banker Supervisor at Woodforest National Bank in 2012. In this role, they interviewed and processed accounts, investigated disputes, and ensured branch progression. Bryan then became an Assistant Branch Manager, where they achieved a 20% increase in profitability, ranked #1 in Gross Account Acquisition in the Southwest Houston Region, and received the highest rating in the annual Retail Quality Assurance Audit. Bryan later served as a Branch Manager before being promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2021, responsible for managing 2 branches, developing staff, and fostering customer relationships. Additionally, they held a treasurer position at Compassion Katy, where they successfully budgeted events and raised donations. Bryan's earlier experience includes working as a Risk Management Intern at the Houston Astros in 2011, where they practiced workers' compensation procedures.
