Nicholas Garza began their work experience in 2011 as an Avid Tutor for Deer Park ISD, where they mentored and encouraged middle school students struggling with various subjects. In 2015, they became a Substitute Teacher for the Pasadena Independent School District, managing classes for instructors who were absent.

In 2016, Garza joined Woodforest National Bank as a Technology Support Technician II, providing desktop and application support to employees. Nicholas then transitioned to the role of Application Support Analyst II in 2018, where they provided technical support for customer-facing applications, installed and configured IIS on Windows Servers, and deployed updates and software configurations.

Currently, Garza is working as an Enterprise Client System Administrator I at Woodforest National Bank, a role they started in August 2021.

Nicholas Garza obtained an Associate's degree in Social Sciences from San Jacinto College from 2008 to 2012. Nicholas then pursued further education at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, where they received a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Information Technology from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, in January 2015, Nicholas obtained the CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA.
