Shannan Pratt

Shannan Pratt has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Shannan currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at Woodforest National Bank, where they have been since April 2019. Prior to this, they were a Founding Partner of LoanStar Home Lending from 2013 to December 2021. During their time at LoanStar Home Lending, Shannan also served as the Executive Vice President from May 2014 to August 2018. Shannan was a Board of Founders member at The Capital Corps from August 2018 to August 2019, and held the role of SVP Commercial Lending at MapleMark Bank from August 2018 to February 2019. Shannan's earlier work experience includes being a Founding Partner at Front Burner Restaurants from 2005 to 2014, a Commercial Banker SVP at Capital One Bank from 2003 to 2014, and holding the role of Institutional Sales at Wachovia Corp from 2000 to 2002. Shannan also worked as an Institutional Sales professional at Raymond James from September 1999 to December 2000. Shannan's career began at Hollywood Casino Aurora, where they served as the VP of Operations from 1989 to 1999.

Shannan Pratt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Southern Methodist University between 1987 and 1989. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts in Business from Ventura College from 1983 to 1985. Shannan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, graduating in 1991.

In terms of additional certifications, Shannan obtained the "Certified Foodservice Executive" certification from the National Restaurant Association in May 1999.
