Brian McDonald

Brian McDonald is an accomplished equity trader with a strong background in trading and finance. Currently serving as an Equity Trader at Woodline Partners LP since March 2022, Brian has developed significant expertise in trading a wide range of financial instruments including equities, options, futures, swaps, and D1 products across North America. Prior to this role, Brian held similar positions at Sculptor Capital Management from May 2016 to February 2022 and at Barclays Investment Bank as an Equities Trading Assistant from May 2014 to May 2016. Earlier in their career, Brian gained valuable experience as a Managed Care Intern at Decision Resources Group. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from Susquehanna University, graduating in 2014, and completed high school at Pope John XXIII High School in 2010.
